Why would I need a Transaction Coordinator?

There are many different reasons why a Realtor might need a Transaction Coordinator. Many Real Estate offices offer an in-house Coordinator that will provide limited file management. We offer a different level of service that is above and beyond; consider us your clone. This is actually one of our least frequently asked questions; our top-producing clients know the value of delegating.

 

What if my office is nowhere near you?

For the most part, we try to work entirely paperless. We utilize email, Google Workspace and Dropbox to send paperwork back and forth. We use Zip Forms, Adobe Acrobat X Pro, Glide and DocuSign to create documents and obtain signatures. We enable you to have access to our working file so you can see and access our transaction file at all times virtually on your computer. We are able to pick up, mail or courier documents when necessary.

How do I pay you?

We are paid through the title company at close of escrow, from your commission. An invoice is provided directly to the title company or instructions are given to your Brokerage for your approval.

Can you help me with a transaction that I have already been working on?

Yes, we can take over the paperwork on a transaction that you have already started. The fee will depend on how far the transaction has already progressed, and we will mutually agree upon the fee in writing prior to our involvement. Have you ever tried to coordinate a relocation transaction yourself, and did you quickly change your mind? We love RELO paperwork!

What if my transaction gets cancelled after you've already started working on it?

We understand that there are many reasons that a deal may not go through. We do not charge you if the transaction does not close. We’ll get the next one.
