"This is a letter of recommendation for Nicole Axon, my current Transaction Coordinator for over 10 years. As 90 percent of my clientele are buyers, it is imperative that every real estate document is reviewed, dated and signed by the Buyer(s). Additionally, every document must be given to the Sellers agent for mutual review and signing so it is very important to have a Transaction Coordinator who is efficient and able to multitask to assure the real estate transaction is legally binding. Many times I need to have a quick close of escrow (two weeks) while others are typically 30 days. However, there are deadlines throughout this process so the escrow calendar must be strictly adhered to.
